Seasons

Spring

Spring in Argentina goes from September to December.

The temperatures can go from 15 to 21 celcius degrees. Spring days in general are sunny, calm and with a clear sky.

It's the time for flowers to blossom and butterflies to appear, with no nasty insects yet.

These conditions make Spring many people's favourite season, to the extent that "Spring day" is celebrated all accross the country.

It is even a non working day, under the excuse it's also Student's day.

Everyone gathers in parks to have pic-nic's and bands give outdoor performances for free.

Summer

Summer goes from December to March.

Temperatures range from 25 to 55 celcius degrees, depending on the area. (Patagonia is excluded here as temperatures there rarely go above 20 in Summer)

The days are hot and humid with no wind, and there are random odd rains that can just come and go, including storms. It's as if rainy moments and storms were breaks that the summer takes.

Winter

Winter goes from July to September.

Temperatures range from  -1 to 5 celcius degrees. (again, excluding Patagonia where winter has more extreme conditions)

Winter still offers plenty of sunny days, but combined with cold wind.

It gets dark at about 6 o'clock, so that's the shortest days can get.

Autumn

Autumn goes from April to June.

Temperatures range from 5 to 12 celcius degrees.

Days are often cold and windy, and it's the season with the most rainy days.
